This module takes care of all your front office needs like customer invoicing and check out, barcode scanning, multi-currency multi-payment-mode tendering, promotions implementation, discounts, customer look-up, suspending / recalling / voiding invoices, accepting returns, reporting etc. We give you the option of choosing two interfaces: Touch-screen based and Keyboard based. Both the interfaces have full mouse support without sacrificing the keyboard functionality. The invoices / sales receipt are fully customisable. POS provides multi-level security to sales personnel for returns, discounts, voids and direct pricing.

The Store Management module is the controlling module at the shop level. In this module, the retailer can set up the various parameters under which the shop will operate along with other important back office functionalities like item maintenance, pricing & promotions maintenance, quotations generation, purchase orders generation, receiving goods, purchase returns, inventory control, accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer & supplier maintenance, label designing, MIS reporting etc.

This is the controlling module, which performs the operations of setting up the business unit, creating shops/branches and warehouses, laying down shop-specific or warehouse-specific operational rules and criteria, setting and controlling enterprise-wide access rights, creating SKUs and controlling their prices & promotions, maintaining price bands, authorising stock transfers and purchase orders, customer management, accounts payable / accounts receivable management at enterprise level etc. It also acts as a central location for all data and transactions generated at all the stores and warehouses, and thus utilising this information to generate various periodic (daily /weekly / monthly / quarterly) reports and MIS reports, which can be used for forecasting and strategic planning of business decisions.

The e-retailing module gives SmartShop a definite edge over other retail solutions. Now you can create your own virtual shopping mall. SmartShop provides you with a platform to trade your products and services online with very low effort. You can upload your SKUs along with their images, prices and promotion schemes, if any, and see you business grow with the power of e-commerce. And all this through a console provided by your SmartShop application on the PC. The console also facilitates to download orders received on the net, into your POS solution, wherein you can process that order like any other over-the-counter order.
